Limpiprene : Neoprene glue

Functionality:
Contact adhesive for immediate assembly:

• Bonding of metal, plastics (except polyethylene and expanded polystyrene) and wood to most common supports (cement, concrete, wood, metal, …).
• Gluing in the furniture industry (wood, fabrics, laminates such as Formica, …).
• Gluing in the shoe industry (leather, rubber, …).
• Maintenance of elastomeric joints in swimming pools.
• Repair of pool equipment

Implementation:

Preparation:

• L he surfaces to be bonded must be free of grease and dust.
• For technical bonding, it is recommended to store at a temperature between +15°C and +30°C at least 24 hours before gluing, the adhesive and the materials to be glued.
• Do not bond in damp or dusty rooms and on damp materials.

Instructions for use :

• Coat evenly both sides to be assembled (with brush, notched spatula or with the tip of the tube).
• Allow to dry for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on temperature and film thickness) until the adhesive almost no longer adheres to the finger.
• Apply on both sides by pressing, hammering or marouflaging.
• It sets immediately, but maximum strength is only achieved after 48 hours

Consumption :

• Consumption is around 200 g/m² for both sides depending on the surface.

Cleaning of equipment :

• Fresh glue can be cleaned with a solvent such as mineral spirits or acetone

Storage:

• Store at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C.
• The expiration date on the package is measured on unopened product, stored at 20°C in normal conditions of hygrometry.
