Features :
Neutral silicone sealant (alcohol/alkoxy) with fungistatic effect (protection against mould) – Special sanitary quality – Can be used on most surfaces

• Elastic seal around sanitary appliances: washbasins, basins, shower trays and enclosures, bathtubs, sinks, bathroom furniture, worktops, melamine furniture.
• Applicable on glass, enamel, porcelain, acrylic, synthetic and resin materials, wood, concrete, stainless steel, natural stones*, etc…. (*) The diversity of nature, especially for marble and granite, requires a preliminary test on a hidden part].
• The presence of an effective fungicide prevents the development of these black spots that give the joint a dirty look.

Implementation:

Preparation:

• The surfaces must be dry, dust-free and free of grease.

Instructions for use :

• For joints that are too deep, limit the depth with cellular foam. In general, the depth of the joint
• must be less than half its width (not through).
• Cut the end of the nozzle to a diameter slightly smaller than the joint and apply the product.
• Smooth out, e.g. with the GEB Joint Smoother, within 5 minutes of laying.
• Do not apply the sealant if the temperature is below +5°C or above +40°C.

Consumption :

• Depending on the size of the joint and the application, a 310 ml cartridge will produce a joint a length (the length of the joint is expressed in meters) :

Cleaning of equipment :

• The cleaning of the equipment is done with acetone, white spirit or ethyl alcohol before drying the putty and by scraping after hardening.

Tips:

• • First of all, mark out the location of the joint with adhesive tape, which is to be removed immediately afterwards smoothing.

Storage:

• Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
• The expiration date on the package is measured on unopened product, stored at 20°C in normal conditions of hygrometry.

Observations:

• The sealant cannot be painted.
• For use on natural stone (marble, granite, etc.), it is recommended to carry out a preliminary test on a hidden part.
• Prolonged storage at a higher temperature may, in some cases, alter the final characteristics of the product.
