Application:

Adhesive for the assembly of flexible PVC and rigid PVC pipe elements used in the swimming pool world. – Resistant to pool water treatment products

Advantage:

Bonding in a wet environment requiring rapid drying – Supplied with a brush cap. – Rapid pressurization: up to 10 bars = 15 minutes, from 10 to 25 bars = 1 hour, over 25 bars = 24 hours.

Instructions for use :

Soft PVC/Rigid PVC (U-PVC) Bonding – Surfaces must be clean and free of grease. – Perform a dry fit test to verify depth and orientation. – Apply a thick layer of adhesive with the brush cap to the male part of the pipe and female part of the fitting. – Push the two parts together and turn 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn. – Rigid PVC/Rigid PVC (U-PVC/U-PVC) Dry fit to check depth and orientation. – Sand the surfaces to be joined with abrasive paper. – Chamfer the ends. – Clean with GEBSOPLASTstripper. – Apply the adhesive with the brush cap on both parts. – Fit immediately without turning and do not handle for 5 minutes.
