Implementation:

Preparation:

• The joint surfaces must be clean, grease-free and dry.
• The rubber seals will be scraped with sandpaper and then cleaned with a solvent such as acetone.

Instructions for use :

• • Apply the sealant evenly to the prepared surfaces.
  • When applying between two surfaces, place the parts in contact with each other with just the right amount of pressure sufficient to expel the air without pushing the filler away.
  • Then let the whole thing rest for at least 24 hours, depending on the geometry of the joint.

Consumption :

• The excess of not hardened putty can be removed with acetone preferably, or failing that with alcohol ethyl alcohol or white spirit.
• If the excess filler is reticulated, it can only be removed mechanically, using a scraper « cutter. Then to facilitate cleaning, soak the part in the solvent previously used.

Cleaning of equipment :

• Before curing, clean tools with solvent (ethyl acetate or ketone solvent).
